Derives the result reference for run_id by reprefixing its hex body. HarnessRunId and HarnessResultRef share the identical 24-hex-body scheme (opaque_id!), so this is a mechanical, reversible relabeling, never a lookup — see run_id() for the inverse. The expect below is sound by construction: every HarnessRunId in existence was produced by HarnessRunId::new (directly or via Deserialize), which validates the hrun_ prefix before the value can exist at all.

Inverts for_run: recovers the HarnessRunId a result reference was derived from. Fails only if self was not produced by for_run from a valid run id (wrong prefix or malformed hex body).
