Expand description

Everything answer decides from. Built by crate::control_plane::CoreControlPlane out of the disk gate and the namespace’s meter; built by hand in the tests, which is the point.

Fields§

§root: PathBuf

The store root the numbers are of.

§room: Result<Headroom, String>

The one statvfs, or the OS’s reason it failed. Err is CapacityVerdict::CapacityUnmeasured — never a yes.

§floor_spec: String

--disk-floor as configured, for the reason line.

§requested_bytes: u64

The cap being contemplated.

§held_bytes: u64

What the namespace already holds (Usage.Read’s pack_bytes).

§namespace: String

Whose cap is rising; empty asks about bytes that are not here yet.

§growth: GrowthFacts§machine: MachineFacts

The box, for the product-scope fields. Independent of the question: the same cores and RAM are reported whatever cap was asked about.
