A run of failed polls (L1, estate-box check 3): what failed (its shape), since when, how many, and when it was last said. A recharge makes a twin’s primary unreachable, then a blank box that does not prove itself (BadSignature) for minutes: every poll said poll failed; retrying at WARN (30/min) and every hand-back re-dialling at WARN. The first failure of a run is said at WARN; the same failure again only every RESAY_FAILING; the end of the run once, at INFO.
