The operator’s first invite, as the identity table keeps it (Stage L, 2026-10-04; IDENTITY-HOST 2026-10-27): the installer’s break-glass token by its hash only, for the operator’s first passkey. Invites are the identity core’s (nornir-identity); this row is the one the core is FED (it reads it as sha256:<hex> onto the operator and spends it there). The shape is the table’s from before the move, so a table written then still reads.

id: String

The invite’s public id — what a listing and a revocation name.

principal_id: String

The person whose passkey it enrols.

secret_hash: String

Lowercase hex SHA-256 of the secret. Never the secret.

created_by: String

Who created it.

created: UnixMillis

When.

expires: UnixMillis

When it stops being redeemable.

note: String

Free text from the inviter.

server_level: Option<Level>

The server-wide grant a redemption applies (the console’s operator or admin), if any. Only a server admin’s invite carries one.
