Folded, never stored. This is deliberately NOT the pull request: the title, the refs, whether it is open and what it merged at all live in crate::pulls::PullRecord, which is their one authority. What is here is only what cannot be a stored row without losing its value — who approves what, and how many people have spoken.

approvals: BTreeMap<String, String>

Who currently approves which commit.

A map and not a count: whose approval, and of what, are the two things an auditor asks, and a count answers neither. A later Rejected by the same actor removes their entry; a new Approved replaces it.

comments: usize

How many comments have been made.
