One cloud provider’s row of the status payload (the reference cloud_handler.get_status shape).

Whether ranges are loaded, the unix-second stamp of the last load, and how many networks the provider carries.

Whether any ranges are loaded (ready).

last_refreshed: Option<i64>

The unix-second stamp of the last range load (last_refreshed; None for a provider that never loaded, the reference’s null).

entries: usize

How many networks the provider carries (entries).
