Backend-native DDL support for a portable graph constraint.

This is intentionally separate from GraphConstraintCapability. A backend may validate a constraint before writes without having native DDL, or it may create a query index that helps lookups but does not enforce the constraint. Callers that need database-enforced guarantees should require GraphNativeConstraintCapability::NativeConstraint and use GraphStore::apply_native_constraint explicitly.

The backend has no native DDL mapping for this constraint.

NativeIndex

The backend can create a native index that may improve related lookups but does not enforce the constraint.

NativeConstraint

The backend can create a native constraint or equivalent database object that enforces the portable constraint.
