Fields

path: PathBuf

Directory for the new working tree (created when missing).

branch: Option<WorktreeBranch>

Branch mode. When None, a new branch named after the path basename is created.

start_point: Option<String>

Start commit (revision spec). Defaults to the current HEAD commit.

force: bool

Replace a stale registration when the working tree directory is missing.

lock: Option<LockWorktreeOptions>

When set, write locked before checkout finishes (same order as Git).

no_checkout: bool

Register the worktree and set HEAD without populating the working tree or index.

track: bool

When the start point is a remote-tracking branch, configure upstream for the new branch.
