pub enum CopyDetection {
Off,
FromModifiedFiles,
FromCreatingCommit,
FromAnyCommit,
}Expand description
Copy detection depth for blame, matching Git’s repeated -C flag.
Variants§
Off
No copy detection (default).
FromModifiedFiles
-C once: copies from files removed in the same commit.
FromCreatingCommit
-C -C: also search existing parent files when the blamed path is new in the commit.
FromAnyCommit
-C -C -C: search all parent files for copies (including appended lines).
Implementations§
Source§impl CopyDetection
impl CopyDetection
Sourcepub const fn count(self) -> usize
pub const fn count(self) -> usize
Number of -C flags this level represents (0 when CopyDetection::Off).
Sourcepub fn from_count(count: usize) -> Result<Self>
pub fn from_count(count: usize) -> Result<Self>
Build from a CLI -C repetition count (Git allows at most three).
§Errors
Returns LibError::Message when count is greater than three.
