First paragraph of a commit message, folded like Git %(contents:subject).

Non-blank lines in the first paragraph are joined with a single space. Each line keeps its leading whitespace and internal spacing; only trailing whitespace on each line is removed before joining. The paragraph ends at the first blank line. An empty message yields an empty string.
