pub fn write( repo: &Repository, pack_idx_path: &Path, options: &PackBitmapWriteOptions, _now: SystemTime, ) -> Result<PathBuf, PackBitmapWriteError>

Write a reachability bitmap for the pack identified by pack_idx_path.

When no .rev sidecar exists, one is created first so object order matches Git.

§Errors

Returns PackBitmapWriteError::NotClosed when the pack is not the full reachability closure from the ref tips used for validation.
