Read worktree file bytes in Git (repository) form for line diffs against index or tree blobs.

Applies the same .gitattributes, filter, and line-ending rules as diff_index_to_worktree. Pass the stage-0 IndexEntry when available so autocrlf index-guard normalization matches status and raw diff collection.

Errors

Returns I/O errors from the worktree path or Error from filter conversion.
