Submodule dirty bits aligned with Git’s DIRTY_SUBMODULE_* / porcelain v2 S??? token.

Fields§

§new_commits: bool

Submodule checkout HEAD differs from the gitlink OID recorded in the parent index.

§modified: bool

The submodule has its own staged or unstaged changes (DIRTY_SUBMODULE_MODIFIED).

§untracked: bool

The submodule work tree contains paths not in its index (DIRTY_SUBMODULE_UNTRACKED).
