Marked #[non_exhaustive] so new observability fields (timestamps, plugin provenance) can land without breaking library consumers who destructure the struct.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

pack: String

Name of the pack that owned the action.

action_idx: usize

0-based index into the pack’s top-level actions vector.

exec_step: ExecStep

The ExecStep record emitted by the executor.
