Marked #[non_exhaustive] so M4 lockfile integration can attach additional audit fields (hash-pinning, cache tokens) without breaking downstream destructuring.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

Combiner populated by all_of / any_of / none_of.

on_fail: RequireOnFail

Behaviour when the combiner evaluates to false.
