Top‑level schema errors (flow.yaml malformed, missing fields, …)

§missing_plugins: Vec<String>

Referenced channels/tools not available locally

§missing_wasm: Vec<String>

Tools that exist but the .wasm binary is missing

§missing_config: Vec<(String, String)>

Required config keys that are absent in the ConfigManager

§missing_secrets: Vec<(String, String)>

Required secret keys that are absent in the SecretsManager
