Struct ExtensionKeyedPayload

Request body for the keyed extension verbs: update (PATCH, binding: Some(_) required), remove (DELETE) and rollback (POST) send the key only. One struct, three routes — the verbs diverge by method/URL, exactly as the PR-3b client serializes them.
