Rebuild the synthetic expanded source package through the public facade and
replace destination with it.
The Project is durable, every write identity is fixed, and the export is the
complete expanded package, so repeated rebuilds are byte-identical. The new
tree is built and fully verified beside destination and swapped in only
when complete; a failed swap restores the previous tree.
