Attributes

Struct Attributes

Source
pub struct Attributes { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Attributes can be used to customize the layout of DOT elements, i.e., Nodes, Edges or Graphs. Please note that the attribute names and values are case-sensetive in DOT. A list of supported attributes can be found here: [https://graphviz.org/doc/info/attrs.html]

Implementations§

Source§

impl Attributes

A wrapper that contains all attributes for a specific element, i.e., Nodes or Edges.

Source

pub fn add<T: Into<String>>(&mut self, key: &'static str, value: T)

Adds a new attribute key-value pair to the Attributes struct.

§Parameters
  • key - The attribute key, must be a static string reference.
  • value - The attribute value, converted into a String.
§Behavior

Pushes a new (key, value) tuple onto the inner vector. The value is converted into a String using the Into trait.

Source

pub fn remove(&mut self, key: &'static str)

Removes an entry from the attributes.

§Parameters
  • key - The attribute key to remove
§Behavior

Iterates through inner to find the position of the entry with the matching key. If found, removes the entry at that position using Vec::remove.
