Struct Binder

Semantic binder for query plans.

The binder walks the logical plan and:

1. Collects all variable definitions
2. Validates that all variable references are valid
3. Infers types where possible
4. Reports semantic errors

Binds a logical plan, returning the binding context.

Errors
