A query error with source location and helpful hints.

When something goes wrong in a query (syntax error, unknown label, type mismatch), you get one of these. The error message includes the location in your query and often a suggestion for fixing it.

Fields

kind: QueryErrorKind

What category of error (lexer, syntax, semantic, etc.)

message: String

Human-readable explanation of what went wrong.

span: Option<SourceSpan>

Where in the query the error occurred.

source_query: Option<String>

The original query text (for showing context).

hint: Option<String>

A suggestion for fixing the error.
