Incrementally splits a ShapedLine at increasing UTF-8 byte boundaries.
Each piece preserves the original glyphs and decorations, rebased as in
ShapedLine::split_at. Byte-ordered glyphs are advanced in linear time,
copying each glyph and byte at most once; visually reordered glyphs fall
back to the existing split operation.
