Ready

Done, or never needed uploading.

Queued

Waiting for its upload to start: progress is zero.

Uploading(f32)

Uploading, with the percentage done, above zero and up to 100. A file at 100 is still uploading until the application sets its progress to None, which is what lets Send wait for the last byte.
