HitTest

Struct HitTest

Source
pub struct HitTest { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

The hitboxes under the mouse, from front to back, as of the last frame.

Returned by Window::mouse_hit_test. Hitboxes behind one with HitboxBehavior::BlockMouse are excluded from the hovered list.

Implementations§

Source§

impl HitTest

Source

pub fn iter_hovered(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = &HitboxId>

Returns the hitboxes that receive hover and mouse input, front to back.

The list stops at the first hitbox whose behavior blocks the mouse, which is included as the last item. Hitboxes behind it are not hovered.

Source

pub fn iter_scrollable(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = &HitboxId>

Returns the hitboxes that receive scroll events, front to back.

The list runs past hitboxes with HitboxBehavior::BlockMouseExceptScroll, and stops after the first one with HitboxBehavior::BlockMouse, which is included as the last item.

Source

pub fn entry(&self, id: &HitboxId) -> Option<&HitTestEntry>

Returns the metadata of a hitbox in this frame, whether or not it is under the mouse.
