}Expand description
A filled shape, stored as a triangle mesh.
Use crate::PathBuilder to build a path from lines and curves, and crate::Window::paint_path to paint
it. The methods on this type add triangles one at a time, which is lower level than
crate::PathBuilder.
§Examples
let mut path = Path::new(point(px(0.), px(0.)));
path.line_to(point(px(10.), px(0.)));
path.line_to(point(px(10.), px(10.)));
assert_eq!(path.vertices.len(), 3);Fields§
§id: PathIdThe index this path had in Scene::paths when it was inserted.
order: DrawOrderThe draw order. Scene::insert_primitive assigns it.
bounds: Bounds<P>The bounding box of all vertices.
content_mask: ContentMask<P>The region that clips this path.
vertices: Vec<PathVertex<P>>The triangle vertices, three per triangle.
color: BackgroundThe fill color or gradient.
Implementations§
Source§impl Path<Pixels>
impl Path<Pixels>
Sourcepub fn new(start: Point<Pixels>) -> Self
pub fn new(start: Point<Pixels>) -> Self
Creates an empty path whose current point is start. The path has no area until it has a
second segment.
Sourcepub fn scale(&self, factor: f32) -> Path<ScaledPixels>
pub fn scale(&self, factor: f32) -> Path<ScaledPixels>
Returns a copy of this path with every coordinate multiplied by factor. Use it to convert
logical pixels to scaled pixels.
Sourcepub fn move_to(&mut self, to: Point<Pixels>)
pub fn move_to(&mut self, to: Point<Pixels>)
Moves the current point to to and starts a new contour there. Nothing is drawn.
Sourcepub fn line_to(&mut self, to: Point<Pixels>)
pub fn line_to(&mut self, to: Point<Pixels>)
Draws a straight line from the current point to to.
The first call after Path::new only moves the current point. Each later call adds a triangle
made from the contour’s start point, the current point and to.
Source§impl<T> Path<T>
impl<T> Path<T>
Sourcepub fn clipped_bounds(&self) -> Bounds<T>
pub fn clipped_bounds(&self) -> Bounds<T>
Returns Path::bounds intersected with the content mask.
