Expand description

How a step ended, or that it has not.

These are five separate answers and stay separate: a step that the host refused to run is not a step that failed, and a step nobody has reached yet is not a step that succeeded quietly.

The host declined to run it. Shown as a refusal, never as a failure and never as an empty step.
