Struct BackendWaitFuture

Future returned by WaiterThread::enqueue. Resolves when the waiter thread reports Signaled / Failed / Err(Timeout) on the deadline.

Drop semantics — Drop flips the cancellation flag the waiter thread observes at the next slice boundary. The native wait already in flight completes its current slice (up to WAITER_SLICE) before the slot is released; cancellation latency is bounded.
