Portable short-lived state and atomic coordination, without business entities. Notifications are lossy invalidation hints. Subscribe first, reload durable state on ResyncRequired/reconnect, and periodically check its revision. A transport error or cancellation after dispatch does not prove no mutation occurred. Non-idempotent operations are never automatically replayed here.
