The status of a cluster and its instances.
This type is not used in any activity, and only used as part of another schema.
Fields
state: Option<String>Output only. The cluster's state.
state_start_time: Option<String>Output only. Time when this state was entered (see JSON representation of Timestamp (https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/proto3#json)).
detail: Option<String>Optional. Output only. Details of cluster's state.
substate: Option<String>Output only. Additional state information that includes status reported by the agent.
