A TimeEvent can contain either an Annotation object or a MessageEvent object, but not both.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Text annotation with a set of attributes.

MessageEvent(Box<MessageEvent>)

An event describing a message sent/received between Spans.
