Working with unknown values

This enum is defined as #[non_exhaustive] because Google Cloud may add additional enum variants at any time. Adding new variants is not considered a breaking change. Applications should write their code in anticipation of:

• New values appearing in future releases of the client library, and
• New values received dynamically, without application changes.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Unspecified

The status of the run is unknown.

Enqueued

The backup operation was enqueued.

Overdue

The backup is overdue across a given backup window. Indicates a problem. Example: Long-running operation in progress during the whole window.

Running

The backup is in progress.

Failed

The backup failed.

Successful

The backup was successful.

Skipped

The backup was skipped (without problems) for a given backup window. Example: Instance was idle.

DeletionPending

The backup is about to be deleted.

DeletionFailed

The backup deletion failed.

Deleted

The backup has been deleted.

UnknownValue(UnknownValue)

If set, the enum was initialized with an unknown value.

Applications can examine the value using SqlBackupRunStatus::value or SqlBackupRunStatus::name.
