Who/what made the change

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Agent(String)

If the change was made by a person specify the name or id of that person.

Processor(String)

If the annotation was made by processor identify the processor by its resource name.
