Message for opening a new stream.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

stream_id: i32

Required. The unique ID that will be used to talk to this stream. This should probably just be a number that increments for each new Open request.

service: String

Optional. An ADB service to use in the new stream.
