Targeting represents different criteria that can be used by advertisers to target ad inventory. For example, they can choose to target ad requests only if the user is in the US. Multiple types of targeting are always applied as a logical AND, unless noted otherwise.
This type is not used in any activity, and only used as part of another schema.

placement_targeting: Option<PlacementTargeting>
Placement targeting information, e.g., URL, mobile applications.
video_targeting: Option<VideoTargeting>
Video targeting information.
geo_targeting: Option<CriteriaTargeting>
Geo criteria IDs to be included/excluded.
inventory_size_targeting: Option<InventorySizeTargeting>
Inventory sizes to be included/excluded.
technology_targeting: Option<TechnologyTargeting>
Technology targeting information, e.g., operating system, device category.
