An opaque card identifier.

Card identifiers support only equality and hashing. Compare PermissionCard::id with PermissionCard::parents to follow the derivation graph, or to find a card in the wallet. Formatting and serde serialization show a redacted placeholder. A card identifier has no constructor and no schema or wire codec, and it never grants authority.
