Parameters of an enriched durable host-call start entry.

The recorded request payload of every durable host call — including durable P3 async calls such as HTTP send/consume-body, sockets, keyvalue, and blobstore operations — surfaces as a generic typed-schema-value tree, identified by function-name; there are no per-interface named WIT variants for the payload shapes.

denial is the reason the host denied the call before it ran. A denied call never runs its operation, and its end holds the denied response.
