Elicitation display mode.

New modes may be added by the CLI in future protocol versions; the Unknown variant keeps deserialization from failing on unrecognised values so the SDK can still surface the request to callers.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
