One commit identity and its recorded time. The offset does not adjust seconds.

email: &'a str

timestamp: u64

Unix seconds in the range 0..=i64::MAX, serialized identically on all targets.

timezone: &'a str

A sign and four ASCII digits: hours 00..23, minutes 00..59.
