Struct git_repository::easy::Oid[][src]

pub struct Oid<'r, A> { /* fields omitted */ }
Expand description

An ObjectId with access to a repository.

Implementations

Obtain a platform for traversing ancestors of this commit.

An object id infused with Easy.

Find the ObjectRef associated with this object id, and consider it an error if it doesn’t exist.

Note

There can only be one ObjectRef per Easy. To increase that limit, clone the Easy.

Try to find the ObjectRef associated with this object id, and return None if it’s not available locally.

Note

There can only be one ObjectRef per Easy. To increase that limit, clone the Easy.

Turn this instance into its bare ObjectId.

Methods from Deref<Target = oid>

The kind of hash used for this Digest

The first byte of the hash, commonly used to partition a set of Ids

Interpret this object id as raw byte slice.

Return a type which can display itself in hexadecimal form with the len amount of characters.

Returns an array with a hexadecimal encoded version of the Sha1 hash this Id represents.

Panics if this is not a Sha1 hash, as identifiable by ObjectId::kind().

Returns the bytes making up the Sha1.
