Best-effort detected interaction mode of an agent’s CLI pane.

Detection is heuristic (design D1 / D3): when the pane title and recent capture give no clear signal the mode is Mode::Unknown, and /tell treats unknown (and interactive) as requiring the safe agent.feedback delivery path.

Variants

AcceptEdits

The CLI is in accept-edits / auto-accept mode — safe for send-keys.

Interactive

The CLI is in an interactive prompt-per-action mode.

Unknown

No clear signal; consumers fall back to the safe delivery mode.
