A metadata value with its type.

Combines value content with type information so they cannot get out of sync. Used as both input to Store::set() and output from Store::get().

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

String(String)

A single string value.

List(Vec<ListEntry>)

An ordered list of timestamped entries.

Set(BTreeSet<String>)

An unordered set of unique string values.
