Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

LengthOverflow

A length does not fit the length prefix type (e.g. more than i16::MAX items).

A fixed-length array or a field-counted array has the wrong number of elements.

A value that the format cannot represent.
