Something a configuration file asked for that gdck cannot honour.

Only the gdtoolkit files produce these. gdck.toml refuses what it cannot do, but a foreign file is allowed to hold settings that mean nothing here — and saying so is the difference between a setting that does not apply and one that silently does not apply.
