In-memory LRU response cache middleware.

Caches GET/HEAD responses with cacheable status codes (200, 301, 302, 304). Respects Cache-Control directives (no-store, no-cache, max-age, s-maxage). Includes Vary header values in the cache key. Supports conditional requests via If-None-Match (ETag) and If-Modified-Since. Skips caching responses with Set-Cookie headers.
