Options for write_sbml. All fields are optional; defaults produce a COBRApy-compatible document.

Fields

pretty: bool

Whether to indent / pretty-print. Default: true.

objective_id: String

Objective identifier. Default: "obj".

objective_sense: ObjectiveSense

Sense of the objective. Default: "maximize".
