Pressure stall information for one resource.

Fields

present: bool

Readable at all. false means the file was missing.

some: PsiLine

The some line.

full: PsiLine

The full line. Left at zero when the file has none.

has_full: bool

Whether this resource’s file carried a full line.

True for every resource on current kernels, cpu included. Kept because it is the file that decides, not us: a future kernel is free to drop a line, and a meter that assumed one was present would draw a fabricated zero instead of leaving the value out.
