pub struct HeadFeatureSignificance {
pub statistic: Vec<f64>,
pub p_value: Vec<f64>,
pub fdr_rejected: Vec<usize>,
pub alpha: f64,
}Expand description
Per-feature (per-atom) behavioral-significance report for the head.
Fields§
§statistic: Vec<f64>Wald statistic per latent axis (feature).
p_value: Vec<f64>Raw p-value per latent axis.
fdr_rejected: Vec<usize>Indices of features rejected by e-BH at the chosen FDR level — the features whose behavioral loading is statistically real after the multiplicity correction. These are the reportable behaviorally-anchored atoms.
alpha: f64The FDR level the rejection set was computed at.
