pub struct PeriodicSplineCurve {
pub spec: PeriodicBSplineBasisSpec,
pub coefficients: Array2<f64>,
}Expand description
Fitted vector-valued periodic spline curve.
coefficients has shape (num_basis, ambient_dim). Evaluation multiplies
the periodic scalar basis row by every output column, preserving any
anisotropic stretching, skew, or non-circular shape present in the training
coordinates.

§spec: PeriodicBSplineBasisSpec§coefficients: Array2<f64>Implementations§
Source§impl PeriodicSplineCurve
impl PeriodicSplineCurve
Sourcepub fn ambient_dim(&self) -> usize
pub fn ambient_dim(&self) -> usize
Number of coordinates in the ambient output space.
Sourcepub fn evaluate(
&self,
u: ArrayView1<'_, f64>,
) -> Result<Array2<f64>, BasisError>
pub fn evaluate( &self, u: ArrayView1<'_, f64>, ) -> Result<Array2<f64>, BasisError>
Evaluate the fitted curve at arbitrary parameter values. Values outside
the base interval are wrapped modulo period.
Sourcepub fn evaluate_derivative(
&self,
u: ArrayView1<'_, f64>,
) -> Result<Array2<f64>, BasisError>
pub fn evaluate_derivative( &self, u: ArrayView1<'_, f64>, ) -> Result<Array2<f64>, BasisError>
Evaluate the derivative of the fitted curve with respect to its scalar periodic parameter.
