pub struct FitGeometry {
pub coefficient_gauge: Gauge,
pub penalized_hessian: UnscaledPrecision,
pub working: Option<WorkingGeometry>,
}Expand description
Coefficient geometry retained at convergence for inference and post-fit diagnostics.
The saved coefficient blocks are always in the raw reporting frame. The
geometry may occupy a smaller active frame; coefficient_gauge is the
required affine map β_saved = T θ_active + a connecting the two.
Fields§
§coefficient_gauge: GaugeExact affine lift from the active geometry coordinates (the columns of
T) to the saved/raw coefficient blocks (the rows of T). This field is
intentionally required on the wire: models saved before the active-frame
schema must be regenerated rather than guessed as identity.
penalized_hessian: UnscaledPrecisionJoint penalized Hessian H = X'W_HX + S(λ) at convergence, in the
active coordinates of coefficient_gauge (dimension
coefficient_gauge.reduced_total()).
Stored as [UnscaledPrecision] so the dispersion-ownership invariant
(this matrix is not φ-scaled) is enforced at the type level.
working: Option<WorkingGeometry>Optional owned row-wise diagonal IRLS evidence. None is a typed
statement that the terminal solver geometry has no single diagonal
row representation; it is never represented by empty or zero-filled
placeholder vectors.
