Legal-only link descriptor for the state-less InverseLink::Standard cell.
Sas / BetaLogistic are state-bearing and live in their own
InverseLink::Sas(_) / InverseLink::BetaLogistic(_) variants. The type
system enforces that fact by omitting them here, so the historical
“state-less placeholder” pattern (InverseLink::Standard(LinkFunction::Sas))
no longer compiles.
